Separate low-risk help from consequential action

Search, summarization, and internal drafting can often move quickly. Sending client-facing text, submitting forms, changing records, or escalating decisions should require review.

The workflow should make that distinction explicit.

Make approval context complete

A reviewer should see the proposed action, source citations, retrieved context, prompt history, and the reason the agent is asking.

Approval is only meaningful when the human has enough information to say yes or no.

Log approvals as evidence

Approvals should become part of the audit record, alongside the prompt, retrieved sources, tool calls, and final output.

That creates a reviewable chain from user request to agent suggestion to human decision.
